• Smith machine pulse squats 3x20 • Smith machine deficit lunges 3x15 • Leg extension 2x15, 1XAMRAP pulse at the top • hold for 3secs at the top • Medial Kick backs 3x20 • Walking lunges 3x20 steps • Calve raises seated or standing 3x15 • focus on getting the full stretch on the bottom and hold for 3 secs at the top.
