Lose inches on your waist and add them to your glutes. I make it easy- I've created a gym schedule optimal for body recomp. No more guess work or skipping around programs- it's all HERE. There will be glute days, core focused days, light cardio days, and even some upper body work. Every exercise is chosen with creating hour glass figure as well as a flat, toned stomach in mind.
