In this weeks video we focus more on inhaling and exhaling and mind-muscle connection to strengthen and activate those core and pelvic floor muscles. With warm ups from diaphramtic breathing, hip switches and rotation exercises to the actual workout where we have some focused weighted and core workouts. In this weeks video, we include some cardio-vascular exercises to get those hearts pumping but to also activate correct breathing during those time periods! We end of on a cool down stretch where you get to relax both your mind and body and focus only on the stretch and cool-down pose itself. This can be done both at home and in the gym.
